I'm sort of stunned at folks wanting the MC to go kill happy this soon. Um, no.

Why do I say that? His only real fight was with Oni Lee before this. He hadn't been out doing anything else since. He's been in his workshop crafting.

He has had Scifi robot memories and Scifi combat engineer memories/training dumped into his head. He might be able to react in the heat of the moment, or plan and decide to kill off folks. Doing it and really thinking about it? No. He ain't ready for that.

Plus, Uber and Leet are on a delayed live stream. So far, he has made great first impression, healing, and then fending off bomb blitz. He has a fine rep from this so far. He doesn't need a kill happy lethal one at the moment. It would just damage him more than help him.

If they weren't being live streamed, he might have arranged something with the bomb girl.

Thinking about it, Alec should have frozen her. If he could manage that, MC could his nanotech to disconnect her spinal nerves. It'd take Pancea to maybe fix her. No moving anything below her neck while living her alive would be the best option.

Maiming her wouldn't get folks upset with him like a flashy kill of her will.

I sort of agree that we need an interlude from some one watching the live stream and trying to make sense of it. Too bad, the power is out with the Wards. Pancea is still locked up under M/S. I'd love to see her reaction to all this.

We've not seen Lily. I only comment on her as she is March's rival. They some how balance each other. If anyone would show up and take her out of play for a bit, it would be her.

One of the bits that I'm iffy on is the charges in each scene in this arc. O.k. I can hand wave it as combat apparently vastly speeds things up. Dangerous combat with epicness brings on the goodies. I'd have to re-read the last 5 chapters or so, but they've all been within the same few hours, and he has been getting constant stream of impressive unlocks at the moment.

Each fit within the chapter rather well, but I'm going to need to re-read everything to determine if over all pacing is off. Most of his crafting/tinkering has been done off screen until t his battle.

I actually think he could have spent a few minutes and popped out some basic combat armor for the Undersiders. The real issue is that it wouldn't be worth squat against what they were currently facing. If they were going to play hero and beatup some random thugs, whatever he could whip up would be fine.

He is leading them into a fight against Bomberman girl. He thinks that his personal gear can barely survive and nothing that he'd be able to hand out would really be much. Just extra weight to carry at the moment.

He might not be thinking of it out loud or in the forefront of his mind, but that's how it feels.

He has healed them up, giving them a bad ass reintroduction to defeat the bomb girl. They don't really need to fight round two. Uber and Leet need to fight round two to start building their actually thug creed with March/ABB.

They are pulling out everything and hoping that March will be able to guide them to a solid win. That'll also be shown off far and wide.

Round two doesn't need to be fought by the Undersiders and the MC. They can escape as soon as they can figure out how. It's the new comers that need a solid win or at least a major partial win.

I'd say Uber and Leet did get a solid win against the Undersiders. MC and Taylor recovered and defeated them. MC was more of a side character joining Taylor's party and pulling the party back together from the brink.

I agree with the sentiment that this arc is dragging along a bit too much. Just have them Escape and avoid Uber and Leet.

I sort of want some one other than garmet gloves to end up with MC so that he'd have some one to back and forth chat about the battle. Hell, I want Taylor to be blitzed by Garment Gloves and end up with new clothes.

Wtf you this for so long. I mean atleast mut a interlude from thore that are watching this fight or different POV. We know your protagonist is op but this is more of a info dump now.

I love the new chapter but I feel like we have been on this fight for a month. Really getting a dbz vibe from th pacing XD. The writing is top notch though. Thanks for the new work.

Was bakuda this strong in canon or is the author just stretching this arc?

This fight is starting to get a bit stretched out, and honestly it defies belief that Apeiron hasn’t kneecapped Bakuda by this point to remove her ability to use her detonators. Beyond that after Uber and L33t made a legitimate attempt to kill him it seems odd he’s so hesitant to return the favour especially with how he’d have to fight against his military training which he’s relying on pretty heavily right now. Also I cannot imagine that the robot memories make it easier to be merciful to an enemy human who threatens your life.

Bakuda arc being this much stretched out? This is not good. Bakuda should have long been pushing daisies even with the Undersiders handicap. Now it's just plot armor on her part.

This fight is going on too long it’s starting to get boring and repetitive I love the story but this whole fight bad in my opinion
