I am sooo late to the party, but happy to be here none the less!

There is something so satisfying about a NaruSaku team attack. The way you portrayed Sakura in battle, in this scene and the last chapter, is very canon and flows well. While Sakura's strength does help out a lot, she's not a powerhouse like Naruto, Sasuke, or Tonari. Thus, it makes sense that Naruto would be the one to wear Tonari down and get him in position for Sakura to strike.

Also, your portrayal of Hinata is one of the best I've seen from any story. Hinata had every right to be angry and upset when she first learned Naruto wouldn't change his mind about Sakura. However, Hinata is also very forgiving and her love for Naruto means she would want him to be happy- with or without her. I love how you accurately showed that she would accept NaruSaku because it makes Naruto happy, but she's still coming to terms with them together. It was sweet to see how concerned Hinata was with NaruSaku forgiving her over time and she asked the one person who knows the most about that topic.

I saved the best part for last! The build up to this final scene has been perfect! Obviously they love one another, but with everything going on around them they both needed that final confirmation. I find it hilarious, but very on-brand, that Sakura actually had to ask Naruto to confirm his feelings- like this boy hasn't been star-struck by you since he was 12. Naruto's happiness just beamed from my computer and I've smiled the ENTIRE time.

I'm literally so excited to see where you take the story from here! This was literally the most perfect and canon-esque way for NaruSaku to happen and I cannot wait to see what happens next with these two. Not gonna lie, I'm most excited to hear what Kakashi thinks of this new development- not only is he my favorite character, but he has had a front-row seat to the Team 7 love triangle (square if we count Hinata) so I'm interested to get his take.

Also, I haven't addressed this, but I love how Naruto and Sasuke both openly acknowledge one another as family. I have enjoyed Sasuke so much in this story, which doesn't happen often, because he's more personable here. He's a dude trying to right his wrongs and be with his friends.

I could continue to ramble, but I won't. Just know this has been an AMAZING arc. Everything was so well written and natural. I'm completely strapped-in and ready for the next storyline, also the promise of lemons... not gonna lie to you, smut is one of my favorite parts of a story so I'm looking forward to that as well. Amazing work! I cannot wait for the next chapter.

Wow...just have to say thank you. Doesn’t matter what people say, this is canon to me. I never bothered watching The Last or finishing the anime after the war. But now, this story, it gives me closure to the anime i grew up loving. So again, a big Thank You.

Oh my god. This story is EVERYTHING the ending should have been! I really wished that this was canon but I guess you can’t have everything you wished for. IM SO EXCITED TO READ THE NEXT PART!

Can you do a crossover story with Bleach or some other anime after 2nd part ? It could be their next adventure after 2nd part, before Naruto can be the hokage at the age of 25 or 30 maybe.

I'm sorry, but this is how the movie should have gone... Naruto and Sakura ending up together. it honestly pissed me off that they did a movie to make Naruto and Hinata canon... only to give birth to that monstrosity called Boruto
