summerspringss chapter 4 . 7/11
Oh i absolutely love how this story ended, I honestly appreciate how Sakura is ruled by her emotionsit makes her very real and human.

To see the fervent nature reflect in Madara like the feelings Sakura feel towards him is honestly just great. Sakura will forever in my eyes deserve a man that spoils her and will sweep her off her feet because she works too much!

Thank you for writing, I love reading your stories!

Ooooh! Very interesting. I like that they were past lovers in a previous life and she still loved him and in such wasn’t letting herself be with him to protect him. My heart melted when Madara decided that being with her was worth the risk and that he was not easily “killed”. Haha so true. I’m so happy they got their happy ending together. Thank you for this sweet story!

Chivalricangel chapter 4 . 5/31
This was a thought provoking chapter, I can see why you would have a difficult job writing it. Interesting that this Sakura is considered different which is striking compared to her canon counterpart. I like how it gives the character more colour, especially as in this story she was very mysterious. Still is mysterious. When you mentioned her having a hard time making friends and it left it's mark on her, was that a a nod to the mark she has on her forehead or the one she had from the demon? Anyhow, it's nice despite her patchy childhood she was able to attract various suitors on her travels, she'd obviously came along way from those childhood days.

You say that they were joined by fate, does that mean they wouldn't be interested in each if it wasn't for that connection? Maybe that's for the reader to decide. In a way Madara was lucky – despite being possessed by the demon; he only had to deal with those emotions once she came into his life and that was very recently. Had the roles been reversed I don't think he could have handled it, I think he would have gone mad like when he was possessed.

Having felt the strength of the connection first hand I laughed at Sakura's naivety thinking that Madara would give up so easily without any kind of explanation but she quickly realized her mistake and it lead to some interesting dialogue. I never expected Madara to be so optimistic, Naruto himself would be proud, but might just have been destiny talking. I would be mad about the ambiguous ending if it wasn't consistent with the overall theme of the epilogue. It gets me thinking.
ollia chapter 4 . 5/31
Oh, interesting take on Sakura's strangeness - usually she's portrayed as such a people's person (someone has to be, in that disaster of Team 7), but indeed canonically, she was an outsider first.
Great background of Sakura you built there, very cohesive and captivating (especially surviving a tailed beast attack).
And the dream connection! - beautifully described and yours makes more sense then mine ever did ;) And it's kind of heartbreaking how she decided to look for him, even though the chances were so slim.

Still - i have an impression, that it didn't come off this way in the previous chapters? I didn't get the vibe 'I finally found my lover, destined for me since generations past' from Sakura. She was rather skeptical about Madara. At first almost clinical. Of course, it was purely his POV, and she could have been acting.

And then her premonition about that disaster she is going to cause! Omg, that was tragic! After searching for him, finding him, him falling in love with her - now she has to escape?! WTF, Nile?

I loved Madara's stance on their fate. He freaking treats it as a challenge, lol. Only to be expected from Uchiha Madara. But there is wisdom (and not only Madara-specific arrogance) in it - everyone dies. The point is how you live before you do.

All in all, you gave it a very beautiful ending. I think this story just gain a dimension, an I like it very much. Not even the reincarnation part (because it implies the lack of free will that I generally don't dig) but exactly their united decision to defy fate, to take those risks together, for the sake of their love. It's very beautiful. And in the end - if he knew the risk, and decided on it - can one even say that it will be Sakura who causes it? Maybe through taking a decision consciously they've just broken the loop?
As you see I have Thoughts(TM) which means that the story is deservingly among my top favs, right?

Sarcastic-mommy chapter 3 . 5/18
The difference between how he approaches her when she’s asleep and how he ripped her sleeve is staggering. That being followed by trying to stab her *horrified gasp* damn demon... it must be his influence getting stronger... was the mark a catalyst for the possession? Was it where he was sort of sealed and getting closer increases Madara’s susceptibility? It was!
She’s using water jutsu? Ninja priestess!
Damn! Now it’s taking over Madara... back to the original situation minus the fact that he’s aware of the demons presence...
Is his awareness of Zetsu what gave him the vision? Or was Zetsu too concentrated on Sakura and let his control slip, allowing Madara a glimpse into his mind?
Wow she really put all her faith in Madara.
I visualised the susanoo ripping Zetsu off of Mada’s body just like a too small shirt rips over flexed muscle.
In the end it was Madara’s power fuelled by her faith in him*heart eyes*
She believed in someone she doesn’t know...hmmm... did she? Or is she really a time traveler? Because if she is killing Zetsu just fixed everything.
Is she trying to avoid changing more of the past? Is that why she left him?
I can certainly see Madara finding her different and interesting, a thing to be further studied. I’m also guessing that a woman being completely immune to his charms and influence made his curiosity skyrocket.
Looking forward to read more, a bit sad it’s just an epilogue!
Thank you for writing and sharing! The Zetsu confrontation had me all tensed up!
