its odd sense the only time 2008 hulk only got stronger when betty life was on the line thats like the same problem that grey hulk has he gets stronger but at a REALLY slow rate but when his loves ones being threaten he gets stronger faster than normal i feel like this hulk would have still lost honestly 2003 hulk is the most accurate hulk we will ever get
