Good so far but it feels a bit awkward on some parts while reading so I recommend you get someone to go over the story with you or get a beta reader

I like this. Another shirou is zuko fic merged the two nearing the point where zuko is obsessed with condemning an innocent boy for his own gain and the conflict in personality kinda irritated me.
So, how will shirou act towards the avatar. I like aang, even if he is an asshole in many instances, but what I mean is the avatar in general. It's kinda stupid for people to rely on him and not really try to act for themselves for so long. It makes people reliant and complacent. Worst is how korra insinuated that it was the avatar who severed the spirits connection with humans (not like they had a good relationship anwyays) and basically made himself the only connection, similar to a monopoly. I find quite a few issues with the avatar, and shirou's ideals on heroics lead me to believe he would like to help people so they can stand on their own and not rely on him, even if as kotomine said he himself desires strife on some level for him to save others.
Anyways, what shirou route is this? I hope to all the gods it is saber x shirou as they are my favorite couple, but the comment on him avoiding Mai confuses me as Mai isn't like Saber, Sakura, or Rin, or any fate girl as far as I can tell. Maybe Sakura as Mai's demure attitude resembles Sakura when she is consumed by emptiness, but that is a huge stretch as Sakura was abused while Mai is just kinda emo and frankly a bit ungrateful of her family. Maybe the circumstances of his reincarnation could explain it.

A hidden gem, I went through this fic several times, but I did not read it because I thought it would be bad or poorly written, I was wrong and I am really glad that I was lucky enough to read it, I know that it is only a beginning of the story but truly I like it and it leaves me with great expectations for the future of this fic"Daybreak's Bell", so Author, keep writing, you already have a new follower !

I’m super interested in this. If Shirou can somehow keep his family from shattering by making Azula stays humane and making sure she gets her mothers love it’d change a lot. I mean could you imagine an Azula that is more family oriented than the “I’m number one, I’m special not you” she was in the show.
