I really enjoy reading this! I've finished book one and it was delightful to have someone so... 'human' as OC and protagonist. I really, really like Kess and I enjoy resting the banter and arguments between her and Luke. You've captured Luke's character effortlessly! He's totally bad-ass, but so sweet and funny and you portray him as just a human man with wants and needs like everyone else, with extraordinary abilities which do nothing to detract from that farmboyish mentality he sometimes slips into. What a lovely story, with plenty of action! I can really relate to Kess with the mood swings, lol! Luke would have his work cut out for him if he took me on as a student! Hopefully Kess will be able to face down that asshat of a Sith Lord and make him pay for all those deaths! I can't wait to read on! there aren't very many errors in this fic, just the occasional grammatical error and an occasional missing word, but it doesn't take away from the beauty of this story. Marvelous job!

Cutest thing I've read. I'm really digging their dynamic. I mean there are times when I just want Kess to kiss/go on a date with another guy, just to see how Luke would react, especially after he's being a real prick to her, and other times I don't want either of them to look at anyone else in interest.
Im so upset that there's only one more book after this. If you ever think about continuing more of Luke and Kess' story (and im not even done with the second book) I would be sooo down to read it. I love this series!
