very impressive chapter, I like the thought you've put into kick turns, and that they are a thing everyone gets told about eventually, but liz invents for herself without knowing.

I like your portrayal of Liz trying to do the right thing, but only managing in an absentminded and rude sort of way. being a kid is like that, more to the point, cross-cultural experience tends to be like that.

Wow. That was quite the chapter- the quidditch was very fun and I look forward to your narration of an actual match. I also like how you have handled the Liz/Draco thing and i'm curious to see how things continue to play out as they get older. On the other side was the very, very heavy scene with Tracy - well written and interesting for sure but very heavy. Makes me really want to keep reading to see what happens next

It’s nice to read a fic that doesn’t sink to wizard equivalent of eugenics apologetism but doesn’t portray slytherins as irredeemable antagonists despite the main character being one.

I love how you've written Liz here. It's so good with her responses to rewards and punishments being how she deals with the world.

I do so love reading the continuing adventures of Liz attempting to remember how to people... when she can be arsed and it's not entirely too much effort. :D

I assumed that Liz still had a sort of automatic tendency to underperform on written material due to the Dursleys. She knows she doesn't need to hide her intelligence anymore, but she did have a few years of that being necessary and it isn't easy to just undo that sort of learned behaviour.

Snape is interesting, as always. Dumbledore is awful and useless. Hope Flamel tore more strips off him.

The idea of metamorphs being naturally immortal, but kinda detached from identity is pretty interesting!

That was a brilliant magical fight. Dora is awesome.

Jeez, did not expect that. It does seem like Liz complaining/telling Snape that Quirrel is constantly attacking her with mind magic, and that this soul magic attack happened immediately after such an attack by Quirrel. Does Snape not know?
