Very intrigued please continue. Side note you said Harry can’t use his/her magic or suffer great pain but since Harry can see magic flowing and still technically has his/her magic is it possible he/she could remotely manipulate outside magic in the environment?

Volde taking over Harry's body just gave her the perfect patsy to blame the ritual on. None of them would consider willingly giving up their magic so to hear that Harry's soul is now in a golem of the opposite gender and pretty much lost the ability to use magic will make them think Volde wanted to make Harry suffer as much as possible for revenge while stealing his body.
