I don't know what fics you have read but almost all point out that zoukens main worm the problem is it's very difficult to get it without killing sakura and simple surgery would take to long and let zouken know what's happening before they get to it though something I think you've forgotten is that while zoukens life is tied to the worms the same cannot be said the other way around the worms can live without him and arguably Sakura would die with zouken if all the worms aren't removed well they'll eat her alive and anything else that's around them

Actually... wasn't Galahad the dick one? At least in the Fate universe... I still think that Galahad ditched Camelot to go to Heaven so he wouldn't have to deal with their craziness. Doing that, he failed his true duty, being his father minder to avoid his seduction of Guinivere. That lead to the death of Puppy Knight Gareth. Her death, lead to the hatred of her siblings towards Lancelot... At this point it gets more confusing because I'm not sure who were her siblings (Gawain was one at least), but the resulting mess lead to the implosion of Camelot.

I disagree about this.

The reason why Kariya enter Holy Grail War is really to save Sakura. There no mention about him to get Aoi affection. kariya felt guilty and blamed himself for what he done to Sakura because he ran away from his responsibility as Matou Magus.

Here some proof.
