does Lucy not have Virgo? In the first chapter you mentioned that Naruto trained Lucy, are we going to see an example of that training?

If school is taking up a lot of time and your studying for your national exam put your energy towards that you do have a good story i will admit but its not like the. Story isn't gonna still be here after do what you need to and good luck

A shame you skipped the Everlue mission, would be funny to see Naruto's reaction to him calling Lucy 'ugly'.

You need to slow down and pay attention to your writing, you're creating run-on sentences and confusing your own characters, for example you had her summon Taurus (which is who she summons in the series) but you used Sagittarius' name during the fight (she doesn't have Sagittarius' key yet, she got that on Galuna Island). Also you need to be mindful of your dialogue, if you're showing a conversation between two people of the same gender, you can't use nouns and pronouns for the conversation. For example if Lucy and Mira are talking to one another and you use 'she' or 'her', how is anyone supposed to know if you're referring to Lucy or Mira, and also you need to make sure you capitalize the first letter in their names, otherwise, their name blends into the rest of the sentence structure and confuses people, and you need to be sure to start and end all dialogue with quotation marks.

From the looks of things you're trying to write out chapters too fast and missing these minor mistakes that can easily be fixed.

"Primordial" doesn't makes sense. Primordial means existing since the beginning of time, every other dragon slayer has a sort of tangible element (Fire, Poison, Metal etc) associated with their magic and they could consume that element for power boosts. You can't eat "Primordial". Even in a world of make believe magic, it doesn't fit. It's like you just picked it because you thought it sounds cool

I forgot to say, that I am perfectly fine with the LucyXNaruto pairing. I don't really care about a harem or something, but it would be nice to add Cana into the pairing, since she is underused and underrated in pairing and does not even appear in harems. :/

Cana would kinda connect with Naruto because of their parents issues and loneliness.

Even if you don't plan to add Cana. LucyXNaruto still completely fine and I am very excited for future moments with this pairing! 3
