First off:
interesting core idea. I like the idea of a future female Naruto heading back and across worlds to save the world is worth reading.
that being said though, I had a few hangups that prevent me from going beyond this point.
While I will be listing them out, please understand that this is meant to be constructive and not otherwise.

To begin with: your portrayal of the Naruto-verse is a tad too happy go lucky for my taste.
In this chapter, you have a transported Naruko show up and basically just be accepted right off the bat for no other reason than that she's a mirror of Naruto. No one, not Jiraiya, not Kakashi, not even the Hokage is remotely suspicious of her because 'I'm an older female Naruto!'
Yeah, no. thanks to people like Sora, Kinkaku and Ginkaku, we know that the chakra of a tailed beast can be 'cloned'. in a world like that, at least SOMEONE should be suspicious of her origins and motives.

Two: the super-hybrid dojutsu makes no sense.
if Kaguya didn't exist, I'd have said 'meh, it could happen' but she does. Kaguya is literal proof that the sharingan and byakugan do not mix. her kids are even more proof. I'm sorry but the uber-eye is just piling even more power onto already OP characters (one of whom is basically Juubiko)

Three: the Council. You literally implied that the Konoha council can just strip people of their possessions and that the CLAN HEIRS were afraid of them.
Bullshit. By virtue of their birth into SHINOBI clans and their status as HEIRS to those clans, the heirs answer to no authority outside their clans and the shinobi authorities. Sure they would respect the desires of the Civilians but to go around actively LIMITING themselves? Never.
Hell, because the Academy is a SHINOBI academy, it would thus fall under jurisdiction of a SHINOBI council. this is just my opinion but I think it stands pretty much anywhere.

anyway, these are the biggest turn offs in your fic to me. otherwise, its a good story.

You need to fix your prose for certain phrases.

I can overlook a fair bit of misspellings as long as they're only minor.
However, there are several instances in which either the improper word was used, or the phrasing was incomplete, or rushed:

For example, in the Council Meeting, Hiruzen asked Danzo, "and who are you to talk so formal. That's Hokage-sama to your Danzo."
The proper phrasing would be, "Who are you to speak so informally to your leader, Elder Shimura? That's Hokage-sama to you."
alternative phrasing of that wouldve worked as well.

"Are eyes our much strongerI dont remember it verbatim, my bad) are is not our. The distinction between the two is very simple. One holds no possessive meaning.
Our eyes. In reference to multiple people holding said eyes, in this case Naruto and Naruko

You need to read your writing out loud to see if it makes sense, then, you need to make sure you are using the proper words in the proper places.
Alternatively, you can get a beta.

Either way, Inenjoy this story, but I want you to improve as a writer.

oh come on, please continue the story. I was laughing my ass off when you had Naruto and Naruko blackmail Kakashi. Do me and everyone a favour though...add a little Konoha Council bashing and Sasuke bashing...or just have the teins prank the hell out of them

I like this story. Who is Naruto going to be paired with as well Naruko, I have some guess and it would be funny if I am right. Keep this project up when you can, for I love it.
