I'm really happy that most of the comments also don't want Non-Elena to date the Salvatore bros. I got really sick of watching them fight over elena back when watching tvd and tbh I don't need a repeat of that. I like how dating is the last thing on her mind, yeah she acknowledges that they are all hot, but keeps it in her pants and focuses on not getting half of the town killed bc of Klaus. Real great SI with a realistic and relatable way of thinking. Thanks for the update!

I can’t get behind non-Elena dating someone who stalked her :/ It’s creepy

Yeah I think the competition between Damon and Stefan is unhealthy and Elena (non-Elena) is just thrown into a toxic mess and it’s not good for anyone. I’d rather her be with someone else. She could even be with one of the originals, even though they knew previous doppelgängers. I think elijah and Klaus have long gotten over their infatuation with past doppelgängers. Unlike Damon and Stefan where their love/obsession with Katherine is their main motivation for getting to know Elena and pursuing her romantically. It’s still a competition to them and I don’t want her in any live triangle. She could even be with Enzo lol

And so non Elena and Elijah meet! I think the reason I personally don’t want to see her with Stefan or Damon is because it would be interesting to see her with not one of the leading brothers, esp because she knows things about the show, if that makes sense, and bc the only reason those two were so interested in Elena was because she looked like Katherine. If she did eventually end up with one of them, I would want it to be way later after they aren’t obsessed with her anymore

I feel kinda bad for Stefan, but I'm honestly so glad to see that Not Elena isn't interested. Its refreshing lol. I mean Stefan and Damon are hot and all but I would be more concerned with going home to my mama. Also, love the realistic portrayal of Not Elena, its just every other fan fiction the main oc who is put in this position are always thinking about dating and what not. So I found it very hard to empathize and actually relate to the characters, but you did a fantastic job. Keep it up
