Hey It was amazing how you blended the modern style while still keeping with the main theme and here is my suggestion although I hope you aren't offended by it I think you could use a bit more of modern ways because at some parts your story and everything in it just went back to those times and I think that was your intent you could have added a touch more of things and habits in today's world. Sorry if you feel bad about it but I really loved this story and it is my personal favorite so thank you for writing this one.
