I love it! I think you did an amazing job of keeping them in character. I love the fluffy lime too, it was full of real love :)

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. My favortie part is how you portrayed the characters, especially Yugi and Yami. Although not many describe them this way, I find that I think it's quite accurate. I mean, I can see Yugi starining under the pressure of other peoples expectation of him. And Yami- well, season 0 is all I really need to say there. The part with Joey is rather interesting. Not anyway I would have ever thought of, but intruging none the less (slightly worried that came out wrong, but whatever). All in all, probably my favortie of your stories that I have read so far (besides Gravity- which is a tie- and Rainbows and Butterflies- a second and as a quick side note I now love that song because of it). :)

First off, this is an amazing story. I really enjoyed reading this. I do have to say, though, that during this chapter where Yami lifts Yugi up and sets him on the wall of the ring while they were making out did make an image pop into my head. It was totally random too. For some reason, I imagined Yami going to kiss Yugi and one of his skates slipping, resulting in him landing on his butt on the ice. In any other story, I could see that happening, but not in this one. It would have seemed totally out of place, so I'm glad it didn't happen. Amazing story and I really really like it!

Hmmm. Okay, the first few hundred words confirmed that you'd done weird things to the timeline and Yuugi, and a little further in confirmed that you'd set Yami up as an abusive boyfriend. *My* opinion is the only one that means anything, I will limit your time with your friends...freak.

Why do people think that's romantic, again?

I really enjoyed reading this story! It's very interesting- I haven't read a story with so much attention to the shadows before. I feel that you wrote this extremely well.

You write kissing scenes very well.

The breakdown scene was written so well! It was easy to picture, and it was so vivid it was as if I was there, watching everything play out. Well done indeed. :)

Ah, Ocean! Remember back in 2003 when I started to read and review yoru stuff? So long ago! I don't know about you, but I hardly ever get an update from FFnet... But anyways... I went Ice Skating tonight, and thought of how I remembered BLUE ICE and how Atemu felt... how this was one of my favorites for so long...Still is. I love your works, and I think that you have far outgrown this meagre begining, and that the stuff you put out as of late has been fantastic, even if I've been terrible enough not to review. I'm sorry about that, by the by.

Anyways, great job. The things that stick with you are the most precious of memories.

Haha, nice ending. And that whole scene was written really well. You gave important to all the right parts and glossed over the...er...'inappropriate' parts perfectly.

I'm just a little confused about the Shadows and ring. Does Yuugi now have some control over the Shadows as well? And if so, how come he made a ring without even realizing it while Yami had to sit there concentrating really hard to make Yuugi's ring?

Nice way for Yuugi to help Yami get passed this. And the end was funny.

Interesting to make the Shadows dependent on Yami for individuality, or...the ability to be sentient, I suppose.

It doesn't seem very likely that two druggies would be at the ice rink, but hey, I'm not exactly versed in what one does when high. Besides, I like the result too much.

That was well written. I could feel the emotion in the exchange instead of just the physicality of it.

You also just helped me to work out a bit of the dynamic between Yami and Yugi. Yami's supposed to be the darkness of their shared soul, but I've been trying to figure out how he's dark if he's always helping Yugi and trying to make him happy. In reality, he's being completely selfish, because Yugi IS him, or a part of him, so he is, in essence, helping and caring for himself. Yugi's usually the one to worry about other people, and hadn't learned to care about himself until he had to think about Yami, his other self [himself]. Thanks for helping me clear that up.
