Wow so much has happened since the last time I had a chance to read this. Brendan and Swampert bonding, meeting OR May, ngl it took me a while to wrap my head around the alternate timelines and how they link together.

Awesome job Brendan sacrificing himself and saying their goodbyes was really touching, can't wait to read whats next.

Oh, man, there's so much going on in this chapter, isn't there? Makes it hard to comment on any specific thing, but in a good way, haha.

Well, Cyrus being Lysandre's father in this universe is a pretty interesting detail, though! Definitely makes sense, given how similar they are. Swampert's big moment here was also really sad, but hopefully whatever happens with the timeline resetting that will soften things a bit.

Anyway, I love the bit with May and Brendan calling attention to how obvious the hidden lab is. Really makes me wonder how no one noticed that sooner in-game, haha. Malva's appearance here is also pretty interesting; it'll be nice to see her actually playing some kind of role with Lysandre/Team Flare.

Aww, Brendan and Swampert bonding here was really sweet. Brendan getting some growth is good, and watching their relationship grow is nice in general.

Anyway, it should also be interesting to see how things go now that Brendan and May are in the right place/time to work on things!

Ooh, I had my suspicions on Andre, though I didn't say anything before in case I was jumping to conclusions, haha. Nice to know my ideas weren't so off-beat after all, and it's good to see Zinnia again, too.

Ooh, this should end up interesting... I had thought Brendan might end up interacting with someone from the Omega Ruby or RSE verses when he read about them in the book, but it's still neat to see exactly how different May is in the OR timeline. I wonder how they're going to get out of this one...

Ah, Cyrus is always a difficult character to get into the head of, but I think you handled him well here. I'm also pretty curious to see where that ending's going to go... Curse cliffhangers, haha.

Ah, Cyrus and Charon's involvement should definitely be interesting! I can't wait to see where this part goes.

Definitely nice to be getting into Zinnia's lore here! Mostly simple stuff so far, but the ending segment in particular is interesting. The conversations with Wally and Steven were also nice; it's good to see how conflicted everyone is and how they're all worried about Brendan.

I'm glad you got started on this so soon! :D I really like your take on Zinnia in the first chapter; she's still willing to do extreme stuff if necessary, but she feels a bit kinder than she was in the canon Delta Episode, too. Definitely makes sense that there'd be a bit of cover-up going on, too.

Anyway, it should be interesting to see where this goes, and thanks for the shout-out in your author's note!

Wow you started the squeal fast. I really enjoyed Liftoff, I guessed how it would end fairly early on but that didn't make it hurt any less.
