PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE TELL ME THERE WILL BE MORE. I'm hooked and cannot wait to see what's happened with Steph and how Dannie takes it and OOOOOO RANGER! Will he get all macho "no one can protect her but me" and set Dannie off and force Batman to seriously reevaluate his life and his place in Steph's? I'M DYIN' HERE. All the love, though. You're very well written and I adore it already.

Nice writing. You can feel her pain
It is sad how easily a person's spirit can be broken. The story of so many abused women. It does seem as though she at least has the little bit of strength to question her own failing faith in herself and the strength to get away.

I was so happy to see a new chapter in this story! I kind of felt like I had left Steph hanging, not being able to see what happened next. (yes, it's strange, but the whole social distancing thing is making me batty!)
It's good that Steph is safe. Now hopefully, she'll get the help she needs.
Can't wait for more!

I wonder if Steve can get Joe's Navy record and find out what he's doing now at TPD. What set off this latest bout of violence, or has Joe just been hiding it so well? I figure that Steph didn't want Rangeman involved because they would be the first suspects if Joe disappeared. But she definitely needs to have medical personnel take reports, xrays and photos and she needs to put Morelli's ass in prison. Maybe a good friend of Ranger or Hector can meet up with him there. :-)

Hope Steph will be ok, hope she tells Danny the truth of it all. Time to unburden yourself of all the pain Steph. Hope she has an extended stay and totally heals herself physically and metally. Hope she also gets some damn training, it will help her be a stronger person physically and mentally and no one whipping post. Hope Joe pays big time for all he has done.
