Personal preference of White Knight (Jaune x Weiss), but since the story is at Enabler Knight (?)(Jaune x Ruby x Yang) i currently do not think that including Pyrrha in their relationship is good, since kissing someone's boyfriend/girlfriend/SO in front of them is kind-a a dickmove and i expected . And for some reason that I don't know I dislike Arkos (Jaune x Pyrrha).
However dear Author, if you wish to include Pyrrha, then please go all the way by forming Rainbow Knight (Jaune x Team RWBY x Pyrrha).
Personally I like and request reaction Novels about Jaune when he isn't present in the theather, only in the screen, making him oblivious at the fact that the girls are developing feelings, or losing feelings, towards him, for example IntoTheArcHive where the girls start to see him as a potential interest, and, i think ChronicleTheatherFeatJaune where Velvet choose to give up Jaune and pursue/accept Yatsuhashi. in your case I would put Jaune in a 'trainning realm' where he would be not present at the movies, but you could make him learn attacks and powers of what the audience is watching, for example, they see an alternative future based on fullmetalachemist where Jaune marry Weiss (FrostMoon shipper, remember) and uses Dust magic to simulate alchemy and burn immortal grimm by snapping his fingers and creating fire, a la Roy Mustang VS Envy.
This will result in Jaune recieving some of the expetiences of his alternate self, and, as the show continues, Jaune will show gradual improvement, from 7 Beowulves to 17, to individual members of team RWBY to everyone in the roomas long you desire to make him OP.

Earlier on you have Jaune recruited by the WF and help steel a bullhead from the SDC while traumatizing Weise.
