your formatting foe health confuses me a little as you put -374/1040 HP which makes it look like an overkill by 374 instead of having 374 left out of 1040. its not a big issue but it it kinda dusrupts the flow whilst reading as i sort of double take to make sure ive read it correctly.
i dont know if you have changed the power scale or you are comparing it to The Gamer but if you are using the same levels from that, i personally think such a high level for a Gang Boss kinda fucks your own power scale. unless you have plans for him since he is a innate user.
