| Guest chapter 1 . 3/25 Unless Gibbs owns a large piece of property this would NOT work. 1. the backyard entrance to the tunnel would be visible; 2. the tunnel would need uniform height to get the boat out, so as it approached ground level, it would HAVE to start coming above ground; 3. building codes in Alexandria, VA would not permit that type of structure in a residential area. |
