Readers usually go by what the main character thinks.
This main character believes dating someone 17 is creepy. So why write it at all?
If there literaly all there is going to be is holding hands then why dont scrap it all together and move on with the plot instead of continue to write what amounts to this 'lol I think panacea is hot and want to bang her, but she 17 so its ilegal and creepy man, so I'll only groom her until she is 18 no biggie' every other paragraph?

i wanted to like it but i cant, everything is just way too much, too much power, too much chuuni, very little care and after thought, too much power high, meh character interactions i can keep going and going. Feels like written by day dreaming middle schooler? tho quality of writing is decent.
