I'm just floored at how effortlessly you fill in these gaps, Kate, and every time I see a fic from you, I know I'm in for a fantastic read. This is no exception. This was a moment I had longed to see between them and I felt robbed when we didn't get it.

Gosh, the way you've written Andy Malik's arrogance and cruelty made me feel exactly the way it did when I was watching the show: my skin crawled and my chest tightened. It's such a testimony to how perfect your writing is.

And the moment between Harvey and Donna: I was in tears all through it. Seeing Harvey get arrested on the show was painful as it is, but this? This was just so heartbreaking yet beautiful. How Harvey's protective instinct kicks in, wanting to keep Donna far away from this and then seeing it turn into pure desperation and unwillingness to see her go. The way they can so effortlessly read each other's body language now is just so perfectly written here.
