frankannestein chapter 7 . 7/22
LOL, Leopara cracks me up. The things she kept getting mad about - the deck being broken after she cleaned it, the Ramlak eating Lion-O mid-apology. Classic. X3 I'm sorry about her staff, though. I imagine she's going to struggle with her magic for a while. The way she used the wind was beautifully impressive, even if disastrous. And she smooshed his cheek! lol Too cute.

Just one thing: Why is so much of the captain's and the crew's speech in italics? I'm not sure it's necessary, just a thought! ;3

The Night Whisperer chapter 7 . 6/18
LOL XD I love how mad Leopara got when she realized the ramlak “killed” Lion-O before he could apologize. Since, it was LONG overdue. XD So, I’m glad she didn’t let him (or Tygra) off the hook.
Heart of the Demons chapter 7 . 6/18
The Ramlak was strong, but it was clearly no match for the combined efforts of the ThunderCats. Their interactions are pretty solid throughout, especially between Leopara and Lion-O. I look forward to your take on "Song of the Petalars."
frankannestein chapter 6 . 5/8
Leopara, you're awesome! Go get that ramlak! I was really worried at how sad she got when she realized she couldn't heal right now, but I liked how her connection to Omens gave her effortless focus. Too bad Lion-O is in crazy mode right now.

Looks like the ThunderCats are - quite literally - in uncharted waters. I felt that you showcased all the tension in the group really well, especially Leopara and Lion-O. There's no doubt that you'll keep on entertaining us readers with your writing style.
The Night Whisperer chapter 6 . 5/7
Okay, I’m laughing at the thought of the others knocking Lion-O out and dragging him on the ground. LOL XD Since, I honestly don’t blame Leopara because Lion-O really was acting like a slave driver. Especially, when he made everyone (including the twins) walk on the scorching hot sand. Like, dude, that was ruthless.
frankannestein chapter 5 . 5/6
I don't care that this was transitional, because it's so interesting! It really played with my emotions. The first section was so heartbreaking, that sense of loss comes through strongly. And then when Lion-O sort of shows his "true" colors! I'm so glad that Leopara wasn't going to let that disgusting behavior fly any further than she had to. And then again, when Leopara heard Pumyra - or thought she heard - I wanted to cry when Lion-O reacted the way he did! Bad, Lion-O!

Beautifully done, as always!

The Night Whisperer chapter 5 . 5/5
Oh, my God. I had no idea Leopara was such a savage! LOL XD I mean, seriously! I got scared when she told Lion-O he would die like his father if he went after Mumm-Ra. Because it really looked like Lion-O was about to throw down with her. But thank goodness, Cheetara was there to defuse the situation before things got out of hand. Also, I’m glad Leopara didn’t let Lion-O ditch Kit and Kat because for goodness sake they’re just kids! So, Leopara gets five extra stars for being a Good Samaritan :)

I love how you're taking the time needed to split things up in the story so that they'll be evenly placed. I thought that this new chapter was pretty fantastic with the characterizations here. You've captured Lion-O's grief really well, as his obsessive hatred of Mumm-Ra blinds him to the ThunderCats' true mission - finding the Book of Omens. I've seen "ThunderCats 2011" several times, so I understand its plot. You, my friend, have no problem taking said plot a step further. :)

[but in real life, those snowflakes were flakes of ash.] ~ Best. Line. Ever. For. This. Moment.

Leopara is kind, isn't she? I like that she and Cheetara are friends.

Also, that ending sentence is absolutely killer!

WOW. Panther, you really caught the essence of horror in this chapter. I was totally spellbound through the whole thing! Leopara has a good head on her shoulders . . . and I can imagine her pain and her grief there, at the end. What an awful thing to have happen to someone who thought herself too young to fight in a battle in the first place. TT_TT

Heart of the Demons chapter 4 . 5/3
This new chapter is a great way to keep things in the overall story going. Now that the ThunderCats have lost Thundera to Mumm-Ra, they have a long journey ahead of them. There'll be plenty of ups and downs for them, but they'll learn to trust each other overtime.
The Night Whisperer chapter 4 . 5/2
You know, they really should’ve scoured the city to make sure there weren’t any survivors. (And yeah, I’m looking at you, Pumyra.) But at the same time, I get where Tygra and the others are coming from. They can’t stick around too long and risk getting caught. Even if it looks like the lizards have abandoned this city. Some of them could still be lurking around.
Heart of the Demons chapter 3 . 5/1
I definitely love the liberties you've taken with this chapter; it's highly nuanced and relatable. All the characters, especially Leopara, are entirely spot on. I now look forward to the next chapter.

Damn, I knew Leopara’s magic wouldn’t be enough to save Claudus. But it still hurts to watch. Especially, when Leopara is going to beat herself up over it. Even though there really wasn’t anything she could do. I mean, even magic has it’s limits and that’s something she had to learn the hard way. Which is very unfortunate :(
