Quite well written. Some of the minor errors can be easily glanced over without a second thought. Admittedly short, there's a lot of thought into the writing of this and it reads great! Overall a well-written starter that leaves me wanting more- so get to writing!

Your descriptions are riveting and engaging with such depth and emotion it's impossible to ignore. Even without knowing the source material I'm intruiged by the story that's hidden beneath the surface. The dialogue feels impactful though there are points and pauses where additional descriptors would have worked better than ellipses! Take pride in what you've written and keep at it to produce more great content for people to enjoy.
