Also for D) I could see Ozpin reflecting on his choice to go against salem which costed his own family but in his mind help save the world.
Granted the reactors don't know Jaune will die, i think both Ozpin and Salem will think that Jaune will go for the obvious route and stop Pucci and Made In Heaven, only to get surprised that Jaune saved his daughter(Joylyne) over saving the world faster(At the cost of her life). Show's that he cares about his family more than his responsibility over safeguarding the world and wouldn't sacrifice his daughter for it.(Ik thats not exactly how it is but still)
They'd be surprised cause Ozpin had that same choice i think. i dont remember its been a while since i saw that flashback episode.

To be honest polnareff my favorite character why? Cause Polnareff has the worst life.

2. He was marked with a stand doomed to be different always and never truly fit in. And to be hunted by others with stands
3. He watched his friend die twice
4. He lost his dog friend
5. Both friends had saved him
6. He never wanted them to save him so he feels guilty

8. He nearly lost two other friends
9. He never saw his last two remaining friends
10. He became a cripple
11. He lost his human body
12. He never got to build polnareff land (thank you to the genius Shundanone that suggest this)
The reason Silver Chariot Requiem had to power to put people to sleep and change the body their minds have. Was because he was tired and wanted a different life. One were none of this happened. That is why he had that power. Because he has never had any to fix want he wanted to fix. And still won't have any. Ever.
