well i know aizawa isnt a pro but a teacher so i can think of only him so the scenario i had in my mind are the following:

1. Aizawa is stressed out about the students because they are a bit of a ruckus and izuku sees aizawa being stressed abd just make him feel comfortable and good and like talk about what they experienced being bullied and eventually aizawa becomes comfortable around izukuand decides to have a make over! shave cut off some off his hair and make him look handsome you can decide if you dont wanna do this part! and he falls for Viridi btw

I actually well think about detective tsukauchi having a crush on detective izuku and well has a crush to him too

and SHINSOU PLEASE MAKE HIM A BOI OF IZUKU AND DO IT LIKE THE SCENARIO OF AIZAWA PLEASEEEEEE

Nice chapter . Despite not fans of yaoi I can see Hawk infatuation as a believable situation. I wonder what Bakugou reaction to Izuku being in UA? Did he remember Izuku? What his parents reaction when it was known Bakugou is bully?

-Maybe you could make a situation where Midoriya is needed both as his Vigilante self and his personal self.

-You could have one of the pro heroes (or a certain child *cough* Eri *Cough*Cough*) figure out Viridi's identity. Of course he would know that they were either stalking him or following him somewhere. This could be any hero that you deem fit to be in that situation. And maybe Viridi also blackmails them to keep his identity a secret, like him knowing that they have a crush on him or them doing something that is really embarrassing that they don't want the public to know.

-Maybe you could have a small (or big) scene of Viridi and Tsukauchi talking to each other about the recent closings of schools or businesses.

-This is about Bakugou, but could you make it that Viridi helps him by telling him to get hearing aids and glasses along with him somehow getting therapy about his anger issues (to an extent, so that he isn't throwing curse word after curse word) cus due to the amount of explosions he makes in his life it is bound to make lasting effects on his eyesight and hearing. With the amount of explosions he makes, it is bound to make him half deaf with in turn can explain why he yells all the time. By the way I can understand that you just want Bakugou to stay the way he is as the anime portrays him to be.

-This is really unrelated, but could you make some fluff between Viridi and Hawks. Saying this to a fellow Fujoshi.

Anyways that's all the ideas I have for now lol. Btw I know how it feels to be in a writers block cus I am in one now and it is not pretty. Anyways keep up the great work! I really do like these kind of stories, except for the ones that makes no sense.

if you need a base I can give you advice on some. For Tsukauchi they would be professional while also having an air of familiarity with how their work would line up with one another. While Aizawa would have a friendly attitude with them having similar tactics in approach. Nemuri and Hizashi would be friendly but Izuku would have problems with the personality clash. That is as much as I can help you for now
