This story is beyond cool! I just loved both timelines and how you've managed to stay true to the character and give her this awesome separate life.
I wish we had at least one more chapter on St Mungo and Daniel trying to get Minerva to pace herselfthat would be fun to watch. Minerva doing something utterly muggle with her in-laws would also be great... and probably some scenes from the seventh bookit would have been difficult to get out of school unnoticed; then again, Severus knows about her family, so it might have led to her knowing that he is not a bad guy... *speculating*.
Anyway, thanks a lot for writing!

Hi, me again, finishing the last posted chapter. Lovely story, so lovely in fact that McGonagall's double life has somewhat become canon in my head. I can't help but wish that kind of happiness for her. Plus I have a mini-stroke every time you write how easygoing she is privately, haha-

I think the life-or-death situation leading to the Statute of Secrecy being revealed was a little too convenientI mean, wouldn't it have spiced things up to make Daniel and Minerva struggle a little more before the huge problem of her magic being resolved?

However, I must say that I love your writing, it flows very naturally, and it's very nice to read (even 22 chapters straight!).
