You know, I have been binge reading your HP stories today and really really enjoyed almost all of the ones I have read so far. This one though...why oh why did you do this? To be fair, you did post that warning right at the start of the story. I think you should tag this as tragedy too. Then maybe the warning will stick. No, not blaming you at all. You have just been that good in your writing that it evokes such angst in readers. Really big sigh.

I truly hope you have gotten tragedy out of your system and the story that seems to be becoming your magnum opus (new blood) doesn’t go this way in the end. Please? Speaking of new blood, I am yet to start reading that as I usually read only completed stories. I find it difficult to keep track of stories for one and I really feel sad if a story is abandoned, but I am so tempted to start on that one anyway once I am done with your one shots. Your writing, especially your brilliant beautiful Hermione, is awe-inspiring In general and I haven’t gotten enough of that yet.

All said and done, thanks for writing this one. Tragedy it maybe and slightly depressed I maybe, but the quality of your writing can’t be disputed at all. Will go read one of your happy stories now and make myself feel better!

Ahhhhh the ending gave me chills! Even though I was already expecting it but it still gave me chills hahaha great job! An excellent contrasting piece to the other Cedric story

Oh my god, I read the other one first and was like oh how delightful artemisgirl wrote another one. Clearly I did not read the description or the author's note. I was just happily going oh a slightly different story from Cedric's POV, how wonderful. The end. Oh my god the end. I got goosebumps. Completely unexpected to me, this is wonderful, I mean angsty, obviously, but wow I was blown away. I've very much been enjoying your writing and can't wait to read more of it.

After reading this and not having enough of Hermione x Cedric, I looked for other fics but the only one of quality is Finding Himself by Minisinoo and its unfinished sequel. Tragically, the author quit fanfiction and there's not enough to feed my addiction. Thanks for introducing this rare pairing, you have ruined my life...

I didn't see that coming, I mean, I'm crying inside, my soul cries, why? I adore Cedric / Hermione fanfics and it hurts to see these kinds of stories :( but well I like the way you write and I was seeing what other stories you had besides New Blood.
