otherpersondrawi chapter 1 . 8/14 These are wonderful 3 3 "Stupid salami fingers" is the highlight of this entire story and considering all of it is hysterical, that's saying a lot. I still marvel at how well you portray these characters. Kristoff's brain movin faster than his tongue is excellent xD |
Guest chapter 1 . 7/4 Beautiful little story :) |

FrozenDaily chapter 1 . 3/15 Absolutely beautiful One Shot- I loved it through and through. The expression and interaction between Elsa and Kristoff is perfect and I can see it all. I hope there's more! I'm definitely a huge fan of this writing style. |
ziel101 chapter 1 . 3/3 You are my absolute FAVORITE Frozen author. You're representation of Kristoff is my favorite and best I've seen in the Frozen archive of fan fiction! Your ability to grasp his gentleness while also keeping his quiet and strong solitary personality visable is amazing. He feels so real when you write him, his personality shining so brightly. When I was reading the most recent chapter of your other AMAZING fic and I got to this little flashback of Him and Elsa bonding over braiding I was so in love. Truely, your grasp of Elsa is beautiful and amazing and having that skillfully written and bond with your Kristoff is just... I cant put it into words correctly. It's just so amazing and and the mutual love they share for Annna you can just feel it radiating. This moment of intimacy between Kris and Elsa is just so beautiful and so gentle. Both Elsa and Kristoff have that almost same reservation and solitude to them that reading them come together like this is such a beautiful treat. An experience. I didnt know I needed this, and You have 1000% sold me on IceBros Kristoff and Elsa! I adore your writing, and especially how you write these characters. I adore your Elsa, I adore your Queen Anna and I adore your Kristoff. Thank you so much for taking your time to writing these things, and for exploring this moment like this! I've reread this like 3 times! |
belowthesky chapter 1 . 2/27 Okay, so this was ridiculously sweet and wholesome and totally made my week. I loved the hair braiding scene from the last chapter of The Next Unknown, so to get a whole one-shot from it? You sure know how to spoil us. So many moments made me laugh out loud, that I don't even know where to begin. Kristoff's utter terror, Elsa assuring Kristoff that she wouldn't strangle him, the "hi-ten" and subsequent "very large hands" comment. Oh, and "I also don't not love you", plus the end where they call bets on how Anna will be Anna. Their dynamic is delightful and your dialogue is always so on point. "They were two ends of the same chain, clicking together only when Anna was their connecting clasp." I absolutely love this description of Elsa and Kristoff. What's so lovely about this one-shot is that despite their connection through Anna, both Elsa and Kristoff actually have so much common ground between them. It was so beautiful seeing them come to this realisation and be able to comfort and understand one another better because of it. So yes, this gave me all the Frohana feels and I love it. As always your writing is a wonderful blend of both humour and pathos. Thank you for sharing! |
ET chapter 1 . 2/26 this was written so well. I loved Elsa and Kristoff’s relationship shown here, and I loved that Kristoff actually told Elsa that he had seen them before. Please write more about the two! |
counterpunch chapter 1 . 2/26 Kristoff's panic is so endearing "One time, she gave me, like, half a second's warning before she jumped out a second-storey window and I had to drop everything to catch her." It's like a crazy trust exercise 'Nice one, Bjorgman. Now she'll think you're enabling her sister's recklessness.' Don't worry, Kristoff. Elsa won't blame you. She knows her sister's recklessness better than anyone. Internalized it for thirteen years in isolation and everything. If anything, she's glad to have a partner in the 'watching over Anna' department 'There was a rhythm to it, too, just like ice harvesting.' Yes yes, I love this! Many things are similar than we realize, we just have to translate it's language into something we're already familiar with. '"Hi-ten," he told her. "Two hi-fives." "Oh. Yes, of course." After slapping palms, she added, "You have very large hands." Oh my god, these awkward idiots, I love them so much AWWWW, Elsa having him try it out on her awwwwwwww Elsa the Swift, I cannot. ' Elsa being the only one to understand that he'd been acting out 'alone' at last week's charades. Elsa opening her arms and hugging him back for a fraction longer each time she returned from the Enchanted Forest. Elsa conjuring a second stool for him so he could sit down and braid her hair.' a) these are such tender examples and b) beautiful weaving of that Kristoff's internal reflecting back into the present moment "I also don't not love you" could they get more awkward? My love doth grow infinitely augh, his apology. I admit, I usually see these coming (usually in an Anna-to-Elsa or Elsa-to-Anna sort of way) but this one was a delightful surprise. This entire conversation is just...so much. And so good. This is the best of both of them. They are more similar than different and I love how akin they are. Elsa got a brother and Kristoff got a sister. 'Anna falling quiet usually meant something was wrong, but Elsa's silence was a part of her; a bridge as much as a barrier.' Oh my god this line, I love it so much I'm angry I didn't write it myself. Stunning. Elsa should publish her Tricks for Anna book. It'd be a bestseller. Who wouldn't want to make that girl happy and give her the stars? 'I've already given you my whole world." LKJDSGHfkjasdhfjaslkdfha THESE LINES ARE KILLING ME |
SGT Nerd Y. Fangirl chapter 1 . 2/26 Bravissimo! Wonderful! Just lovely. I'm glad you expanded this scene. I thought the original scene was precious as well. More please! |
