Update every week my ass, it's been 5 months. If you aint gonna update do it soon please, it's a really well written and thought out idea for a book and I would love to see more of it.

you could make him friends with gred and forge, maybe have them find out something about his gamer skills and they join his party. then the "terrorize" the school with pranks. a quest for "the biggest prankster in recent history" title would be cool. and to pull pranks on peeves.

okay i know this is going to sound annoying but i litrally smacked my head into my desk. "[Bare Necessities] You no longer require sustenance or sleep" Than proceeds to go to sleep?! why not read the first 5 chapters of all the classes,

I like it so far, though I think the inclusion of dungeons is a mistake. It's not a power inherent to the gamer, and it's not particularly interesting to read about someone grinding against randomly generated mobs. If you really need disposable enemies, there's a forest full of man eating spiders across the lake.

I see no reason he wouldn't take the quests, since he's got so many advantages and his version of gamer quests doesn't seem to include time limits or punishments for failure. Fate may or may not be a thing in the Harry Potterverse, so maybe you could do something with that.

For perks, I think a purification ability would be cool. It would neatly deal with that Horcrux in Harry's Head, and it would let him purify and then make use of the Founder's artifacts. Mainly Ravenclaw's diadem, which is said to enhance the wearers wisdom. It's worth noting that, although the movie version was clearly meant to only be worn by a woman, the book description only specified the inclusion of a blue oval sapphire and the Ravenclaw house words. And though a diadem is sometimes shaped like a tiara, it can also be a circlet or headband, and in fact that's the original meaning.

I would suggest that gaining some perks, such as this one, first require meeting some other criteria besides leveling up. For purification, perhaps he might need a certain level in the Patronus skill before it becomes available.
