I think you balanced the seriousness and humor our quite well tbh. It felt longer than the previous chapter and that's good. It gave you good room to add in the explanation for ghost!Snape while keeping some of that humor. Another balance you did very well was the character of Snape - keeping him in-character, yet slightly different because 1) he is a ghost now, 2) he wishes to be at peace. It gave a sense of deeper angst to his ghost self, if that makes sense. :')

This was a great chapter and I enjoyed it! :3 Sometimes adding an explanation 'information' chapter can bring a story to the halt, but actually I found it quite interesting. As I said, good balance and your writing flowed very nicely.

one question - so if Snape is anchored to Harry, instead of a place like other ghosts from Hogwarts... it doesn't actually memtion that he can't move on, right?
That he could heal his wounds and move on from being ghost!snape? But he did say that he had no interest in learning anything new or having in deep conversation, but that could just be his rather stubborn nature? Or is it natural with becoming a spectre? Or is Harry just going to be stuck with him? I don't know if I missed that while reading (which I could've) or it just hasn't been revealed, or the AU isn't developed like that yet. :3

Also Ginny is so chill, it's lovely. Having a ghost!snape is... surprisingly just like owning a cat, I would think.

Oh. My. ghost!snape haunting Harry in his new apartment. What an absolute charming idea. Love the fact that Snape is resigned to it all while probably pondering all the possible ways to make Harry regret every decision in his life, meanwhile Harry is having a ron!moment 'what the bloody he-' and Ginny is like 'WELL this is ur problem and i will help in the only British possible way. i'll go put the kettle on.'
Your writing is great and you mention infrequent updates? Pfft. *clicks follow button* I can't wait for the next chapter! very amusing. :)
I will note that I didn't quite get the 'you're stuck here for all of eternity!' line from Harry. Yes, he just found Snape in his new apartment, found out he was ghost, hadn't moved on, etc. But to say that - either this is coming from the fact we don't see ghosts at Hogwarts leaving any time soon...? and so Harry just assumes Snape is stuck there? Or was it just the prelude to the humor in the next few lines? It was just odd seeing that I don't know if Harry would know too much about ghosts to say something like that.
Not that big of a thing in regards to the story, just my curious thoughts on it. :)
