This was cute from start to finish! Love the epilogue though, it's always so fun to see a glimpse into the future!

This story was very fun to read with a ton of cuteness scattered throughout. Charlie definitely comes across as hot with a compelling personality. I'm wondering why he was still a virgin at almost 30. Most men who are confirmed bachelors for life do tend to still have sexual partners here and there, so I'm just wondering what your thought process was for that particular detail. If Hermione had asked him about it what would he have told her? Lumi is utterly adorable. I like the idea of Hermione being a researcher, it fits much better than a keeper, and having the hidden drawing talent is nice. I always like when she's shown to be more well-rounded like that. I thought the scene where Charlie couldn't seem to stop himself from pushing Felix away from Hermione was really funny.
I do want to say though that I can't really understand why finding your soulmate would be so rare if every magical person has one. You would think knowing that people wouldn't want to settle, like it would eat away at a relationship over time. It seems like someone would have started a sort of dating service or database where people could anonymously submit their birthmark and its location to hopefully be matched up. Those people could be put into contact with each other and agree to meet up. It would be really interesting to see what effect something like blood prejudice might have in the face of your soulmate, though even saying that is making me think about their age difference and what the potential maximum age difference might be. Like does magic make sure it's within a reasonable range, and if it doesn't then what is the point? How long would it be considered reasonable to put your life on hold depending on the age difference? What impact would a new database created by some muggleborn with the idea have on current relationships/families. Like would some married people who know they aren't with their soulmate want to know? It's making me think about things like vestigial organs...like perhaps the soulmate thing could be like that -useful at one point in the evolution of magic and the survival of magical people but now diminished or unnecessary. I understand this story was meant to be a fluffier read than something like that might inspire, but you just took my brain down a rabbit hole! lol Thanks for the fun read!
