A few issues.
Your grammer needs work. You keep using characters names multiple times in a single sentance. For example, you used Naruto's name seven times in the first paragraph. I also noticed that in the first chapter you kept using the word 'as'.
Just find an editor or someone willing to double check your work and you'll be good.
Other than that, not bad. Looking forward to next chapter.

Really think you should cut down on the harem. Maybe keep to Ahsoka, Annika(though Anna Skywalker would have worked better), Padme, Riyo, Fuu, Karin, Temari, and maybe Hanabi (possibly after she is taken under Padme or Riyo's wing to be taught how to be a Senator).
