Interesting stuff. Outside of a couple spelling errors it was very good. You interchanged threw for through a few times. Also used high instead of hi. Unless you are planning to make the kill off of the clan really early you may be go to far in out right dickish behavior. If the elder brother is going to be antagonist for any length of time you are better served with them being more clever about issues. Still enjoyed the idea. Can be fun to mess around with story to give Naruto other bloodlines. As long ad he is not kage level sage rinnegan at 11. Some people really rush those power ups.

Interesting start. I really don't like Naruto having the Eye of Hax that is the Sharingan, mostly because I prefer Uzumaki genetics to be overriding everything else out of sheer badassery.

The candy moves are... odd... it's childish sounding and I really don't like that, but the story is good enough otherwise.

I don't particularly like the limits being put on him either, especially that bit about the seal requiring 96% of his chakra, that's just a ludicrous handicap.

I don't like Sasuke being even remotely comparable to Naruto's level either since he'll never have even a fraction of Naruto's chakra or stamina, nor will his chakra be anywhere near as dense, but every author (even Kishimoto) seems to overlook those facts so you pretty much have to overlook it as a reader.

Danzo having a counter for a technique he didn't even know existed, much less how it functioned, is just silly "because the plot needed it" type stuff, and the only way it would make any logical sense was if he could just block all fuuinjutsu, which would make Naruto really weak as that's the biggest part of what he can do, so for the love of everything don't do that.

Finally, Naruto's personality is really annoying. Not that his canon personality isn't annoying in an entirely different way, but every time he stutter I want to punch him in the face. When Hinata does it it's adorable. When Naruto does it he just looks like a pansy.

All that aside the story is pretty good so I'll keep reading.

Well this chapter is most impressive I definitely enjoyed it. Izumi was quite badass.
(2) isn't their already two Characters that Naruto cannot conceivably defeat even with his new powers and I don't care how much training he received those two people one of them under special circumstances and the other one in her complete form would still be Beyond Naruto's power. And is speak ofcourse of Six Path Sage Madara, Normal Madara I am all on Naruto side on this one with the special Bloodlines you've given to him along with the training he's undergoing and that training is only going to increase as you get older and dust he's only going to get more powerful along with experience he's going to gain he's going to be a freaking and he would without a doubt be able to defeat Madara with his power.

However six sage path Madara is on a whole different level even though it is an incomplete until he sealed into himself the vast amount of power that provide them simply put him beyond anything Naruto could be capable of even with perfect control of Kurama's with power even if Kurama had his sealed Yin half. The only conceivable way for Naruto to win against him at this point would be using fuinjutsu that would honestly be his only hope.

Kaguya Ōtsutsuki is obviously the next person on the list and the top person on the list in this regard because quite frankly the Biju are supposed to reform into a exponentially more powerful being i.e her. Honestly there is no conceivable way for Naruto to defeat her with his own power she is just too powerful not even her two sons combined with a match for her power which is why they had to sealer because that was their only hope of defeating her and I'm not even going to count the stupid nonsensical filler episode that showed what apparently happened in that era because it was completely nonsense not to mention completely contradictory in so many places in the manga it's pretty obvious that Hagoromo and Hamura didn't seem to know that their mother was the ten-tails in the filler episode they did not to mention that in the manga when they showed Kaguya with her two twins it was showing that they were both born with their respective Dojutsu so Hagoromo was born with the Rinnegan he was not born with a Sharingan that later evolved into a Rinnegan after he killed his brother. I could go on but honestly I just hate those episodes and I would prefer not to think any more of it.

Anyway as I was saying I don't conceivably see how Naruto could defeat her no matter how much training he has no matter if you decide to increase his chakra levels to the point that it is equal to that of Kurama. It still would not matter he only has so much potential even as a transmigrant it's not as if her have human grandchildren had any hope of equal in her in terms of power and do even lesser transmigrants definitely has no chance of that regardless of training, they have their limits to how much their power can grow they don't have enough Otsutsuki blood to surpass that. Honestly for Naruto to have any hope of challenging Kaguya with his power alone he would need the Rinnegan and honestly even then you wouldn't be a bit much for her because quite frankly I hated how Kishimoto did her it made no sense for the progenitor of chakra on the planet the mother of chakra and how he seemingly nerves are powers she barely used any of her abilities at all and really only use abilities we've never seen before and even then there was so many occasions that she literally could have killed Naruto and Sasuke in the blink of an eye and didn't I mean I didn't expect them to obviously the heroes have to win but still it was just so ridiculous. I know that Kishimoto said that because of time constraints he couldn't really do her justice and I think all the heard that he had said that he made her so powerful that he didn't really know how Naruto and Sasuke stood any chance of actually defeating her which is why the battle with her was so retarded and just nonsensical honestly it really was, oh well. Perhaps you will do her some justice if you add her.

(3) this is interesting though I don't really think Naruto would have had a normal level because even if he never became a jinchuriki he more than likely would have been a pseudo one after all of his mother was a jinchuuriki and it's pretty obvious that kurama's chakra has been influencing Naruto's body throughout its entire development which is why he was born with whisker marks especially considering he's a fragment of kaguya's power and that was the monkeys are direct descendants of her show her power should technically be compatible with them or at least some of them so I think crumbs chakra had actually already entered Naruto's body and even if he didn't become a jinchuuriki he would have been the shooter jinchuriki of Kurama kind of like the gold and silver Brothers.

And other said because he was influenced by chromatography throughout his development even if he didn't become a pseudo jinchuriki more than likely you would still would have been more powerful than he otherwise should have been considering who his mother chose to mate with because while Minato was certainly a superb Ninja he does not bring anything genetically impressive to the table.

Still though i think it's brilliant how you handled Izumi being powered up especially because you work within the lure already-established off these particular family tree you could say using DNA samples from one another to increase their power.

(5) I actually don't think this explanation is week at all quite frankly it makes perfect sense the stress and emotional trauma is what awakens the mangekyo I don't see why they would need to kill someone close to them to achieve that when watching someone they love die would do the same thing I mean this is pretty much what happened with Nagato when he first awaken the Rinnegan he saw his parents murdered before his eyes and that is when he unblocked the eyes. The whole kill your loved ones was clearly thought up by Uchiha seeking more power after all why you wait for a loved one to stumble into a dangerous situation and get killed when they could speed up the process themselves.

And honestly the whole curse of hatred thing really is bullshit because quite frankly anyone that truly cares for another person and lose it that person would generally react in the same way as The Uchiha especially if they have the power to get vengeance. And it is canon that the Uchiha are in fact a very emotional people however their stoic facade is merely a mask to hide that fact so they're not exploited no need to show something to others that can be used as a weakness after all the world is a cold and cruel place. The Uchiha form extremely strong bonds with those they care about and when they lose those people they react in an extreme way it's to be expected so while the Senju and their precious will of fire which is all about sacrificing others for the so-called greater good. Or sacrificing yourself for this so-called greater good the Uchiha are all about family and their loved ones and doing whatever it took to benefit and protect them. And honestly I don't understand why the witchy hugs have been demonized for it but then again the one who demonize them for that where the Senju's.

Anyway I think your explanation for how Izumi got the Mangekyou Sharingan made perfect sense to me. Quite frankly the whole killing your best friend or some other loved one to unlock the Mangekyou always seem sketchy to me like it didn't really make a whole lot of sense because if you could bring yourself to murder that person for power and clearly the person didn't mean enough to you in the first place that their loss with truly trigger the necessary emotional response to begin the transformation because you clearly valued power above those people's lives. If anything that seemed like a seal place on the Mangekyou and in order to unlock it they must be willing to show that power means more to them than anything else.

Also about power-up, if you plan sasuke with is rinnegan also obtain the yin-yang release and the badass uzumaki body benefit (stamina, chakra reserve and healing), like you said in your AN, he will become a character that naruto can't reallistically defeat with his own power.
After all, in canon alone, thks his genetic and other gift, sasuke chakra power and stamina were already close to naruto and kyuubi and maybe also senjutsu all combined level, so giving him uzumaki poser up, will make sasuke on hagoromo god level, maybe even stronger and unbeatable by naruto without plot armor, like in the manga (no way naruto and his exhausted half kurama, could have beaten a rinnegan and ninjutsu prodigy sasuke with teleportation and 8.5 bijuu power at his fingers)
Kinda hope you won't plan sasuke succeeding at fully awake yin-yang release (excepted if you plan another personal godlike power up for naruto)

1) Thing is they eventually did figure out how to do it with Harashima's cells. It's just they were trying to fo mergers with blood and flesh and didnt have a technique down for it that it repeatedly failed until Tenzo for example happened to luck out. Their attempts were too complex to figure out without lots of effort and worked out only with Zetsu.

The Sharingan and Byakugan though are eyeballs with a connection to the brain. Blood flows and which but it's a functioning organ in place not really mixing much if anything and a functioning enclosed system. Not a mass of flesh and blood grafted randomly on the body.

And you obviously need to know how to attach an eyeball. The flesh issue would give a host of issues to figure out how to deal with. The eye much less so.

2) So did I just read that whatever affinity you have if low for example when born. While you can learn others you are forever relegated to the same level of low affinity for everything else with no possibility to go higher?

3) So even though she shares the blood and has all his affinities. Just because shes not of the reincarnation she cant get a Rinnegan? That this Naruto just lucked out and Sasuke can develop it?
