| Stencil Your Heart chapter 50 . 6/11 I’ve spent the past week or so working my way through this story and it is just absolutely fucking phenomenal. I should have kept a list of all the wonderful little details I wanted to comment on while I was reading because now my only thought is just, holy shit. It’s been a long time since I’ve found something so well-planned and well-executed. I absolutely love how believable you made Jeyna, how her weaknesses were extremely realistic and how they became her strengths in the end. I loved seeing her grow as a character, from being consumed by her work to finding her strength and purpose and realizing what truly matters to her. And good lord, your characterization of Kylo/Ben and the strange and beautiful dichotomy of his character was absolutely perfect. We were given such a strong, complex antihero in him and you took what canon gave us and ran with it in the best possible way, to the point where I wish this was always the canon story. Am I gushing? I’m gushing. I don’t even care. I just. Oof. I can’t even believe this fic exists. I need 10000 oneshots and spin offs, thanks. Tl;dr - WHY IS EVERYONE SLEEPING ON THIS!? | Pirate Alien chapter 50 . 6/10 This is easily my favorite Star Wars fanfic, and probably just my favorite in a long while. I love your OC, I love your portrayal of Kylo to Ben. The steamy bits are freaken steamy and the romance has me swooning. I actually come back and read some of my favorite chapters whenever I'm feeling meh, or can't find anything good to read. Wish I could be a little more eloquent in describing how much I enjoyed reading, and continue to enjoy, your work. I'm glad it exists |
