Excellent!

I've read this story before and I enjoyed it. I have a feeling that it Tony had told Morrow that Gibbs told Todd that she only has to obey his orders the conversation Morrow had with Gibbs would have been totally different. Instead of giving Gibbs a chance to fix things Morrow would have quickly found Tony a new team.

Just like the situation with Abby having too much freedom to do as she likes because of Gibbs. His actions with Todd has caused the same problem.

Even if Gibbs fixes the problem, it won't last. Oh, it might last for a short time. But all it would take is Kate whining to Abby. Then Abby would be All up in Gibbs face about how unfair he was being just because Tony was jealous.

What better punishment for Gibbs than for Tony to leave and he has to deal with Kate. She had less training as an investigator than the recruits fresh out of FLETC since she only took the short version they give to cops and agents transferred from another agency.

Maybe you will write a different version of this story in the future

You have no idea how much I wish this has happened in canon! The writers seemed to think unprofessional stereotypes made a good show. They were wrong.

Well, Tom Morrow really lit into Gibbs and hopefully taught him a valuable lesson. Nice to see an NCIS director handle Gibbs appropriately. Question is did Gibbs learn anything?

WOW! If only the bullpen scene had been included on television. Loved that Tony really let Kate have it. Would like to think she would really take his words to heart and change her behavior, but have my doubts.

"I told you I could put a woman in her place, too!" BAHAHAHA

Great job on this story! I love Tony portrayed as the strong, smart agent he was. He was definitely more than just comic relief. :) (although I did enjoy the playful friendship between him and Gibbs when it was portrayed properly.)

Yes that's right Tony you put Kate and her smug know it all a**in her place. So now Kate you can know Tony is a good Agent and you shouldn't of been so quick to judge him
