Interesting chapter. It was interesting to get to know Akane when she was young. It really explained a lot about her character.

This is a great story, and I'm glad to see it continued.

There was one thing in this chapter that didn't ring true to me, however. The idea that they could have kept Mrs. Tendo's death a secret from Akane for more than, like, a day is not realistic given how death is handled in Japan. But that was the only point at which I thought, "Nah, that doesn'y really work." Everything else was stellar.

Again, this is a great chapter of a great story. Thank you for posting.

I'm sorry but you just destroyed this for me by changing a huge part of the whole Ranma character regardless if you want to make him bi-polar or not. A key fact about the universe that you are writing in was that the Saotome school focus more on being off the ground compared to being on it so gymnastics is something that he should be able to pick up regardless of the body that he is in. Also Ranma had less time to pick up the sport then Akane did and he did better then her even when Ryoga focused on Akane. So Now you have it here that he is not picking it up at all and Akane is technically better at it on her own with so little help. Really?

Like I said I am sorry but with this huge changed to the characters with no way for it to be explain other then this whole Bi Polar issue that you have going on. I just can't buy it and you have ruin the story for me because of this.

I love your story! I love your takes on characters and how you go about the challenges they face with self exploration.

I like stories with LGBTQ themes. And this is so good. I like that there are older characters like Kasumi an Dr. Tofu to provide guidance and support.

The mental roadblocks that Ranko/Ranma, Akane and Ryoga are facing is so realistic. I'm like "Really?" but I think back on High School and am like "seems about right".

I really look forward to see what you do with Shampoo. I'm developmentally disabled and like that communication thing, I get. I'm also excited to see if she will challenge some of Akane's perspective on lesbians.

It's alright so far, but is it too much to hope for ran-chan x cis/straight ryoga? Great setup for it, but since everyone else is queer, i guess i can't hold my breath -_-

This... is actually a pretty new take, and reinvents the original plot in a way I haven’t seen in awhile. It’s quite entertaining too, I look forward to more.
