Ooh, an interesting Doctor Who fic. As is, it's been years (closer to a decade) since I've actually watched The Doctor and Torchwood so I'm not certain how much I remember. I will be looking forward to this story updating. Probably the most amusing part of this one is that bit about how that being the first regeneration made her young.
