This is really cool. The timeskip style reminds me of Baccano!, trying to piece things together retrospectively. It's kind of the way a story is in an author's head too, as some collective whole with scattered pieces filled in, which is cool.

Even cooler is that I'm hearing Ed's voice when I'm reading this. All the interactions are really interesting and the characters are on point. I have to confess that I really want to see more of that Aizawa-Tsukauchi-Ed scene in the beginning chapter and see how that lead-up happens and resolved! That was pretty exciting.

I do have a feeling that Ed's UA application didn't really go as planned. :D Kidnapped with Bakugo a second time and Bakugo didn't know him. And later he seemed pretty definitive about being a hero taking up too much time. But at the same time, it'd be kind of fun if Ed ended up at school if it doesn't stick to canon too much (honestly that "I… I haven't been to school in years, how am I going to survive high school?!" line made me want to see it, really).

Anyways, keep writing the story you wanna write dude, and keep up the good work! This is well-written and a cool idea. I liked the Icarus atmosphere getting colder point a lot too... I honestly hadn't thought of it that way. It's true, the higher you fly usually the safer you are, and the more bold and admired - though you better make sure you got a way to get back down again. I figure not being able to breathe is also a pretty obvious cue that you need to get down, it comes in slow enough that you'll be able to mitigate that risk easily enough - if you understand where the limit is, anyway. But yeah. Good story. Looking forward to seeing where it goes.

Okay... Story's alright... It's a little confusing, though. I feel like I'm reading an even more scattered version of the Silmarillion. Like, each chapter feels like it's actually a draft of a collection of scenes out of order, rather than a revised work... The writing is good! It's just the organization needs a little bit of management, like some scenes need to be switched around, give a clearer image of /when/ each scene takes place, in relativity to each other. Saying /9 months earlier/ can only go so far when there are so many other scenes that do not have a clear sense of 'when'. When is the "Now" of the story? Is this all being told in the past? Just something to consider. ~ Looking forward to the next update.

Regarding the Author's Note: ...Yikes, okay... Clearly some strangers on the internet really upset you on previous stories. Will consider that as I read the story, and decide ultimately to review stories as I usually do: sparsely, mostly positive, and asking about OOC moments if I think there are any. I typically look for canon-compliant stories, that's what people look up crossovers for, usually.

Regarding the story: Considering Scar, I'm not sure if Ed would view things that way; villains being pushed into villainy, I mean. After all, Ed does point out that Scar's actions, even if Scar thinks they're justified, are wrong. At least, that would be from Ed's point of view. Villains acting to help their families, Ed probably would be more on board with. That's just what I remember of his character regarding past actions. That nitpick aside, I found this chapter fun! Can't wait to read the rest!
