I think it's paced just right to give one a proper feeling of his mind. Zuko is Entirely focused on his eggs, and to help his eggs he needs to capture the Avatar, so the fact he isn't really focused on how time passes and everything Feels rushed is PERFECT

I'm definitely interested about where this goes and what role the eggs will play in zuko's growth. But, I imagine that the eggs will inevitably hatch during his journey forcing him to pick a side.
