A level 5 only has slightly more fire power than a tank? That is wrong on so many levels. Some of the upper level 5's are already a world level disasters. Accelerator and Dark Matter can easily take on the entire military of the ENTIRE WORLD and come out without even a single scratch, and that was before they even started using divine powers.
In fact, forget ripping islands apart. Accelerator even in his weakest condition without using divine power can easily tear the entire planet in half, literally.
UBW qualifies as a level 6 simply because it can copy and summon weapons that can destroy islands? Big whoops. A real level 6 can do that in their sleep, no FORGET that, a level 6 can destroy the entire UNIVERSE. There's a good reason why the magic gods had to live in a higher dimension.
Saying that simply because it can distort time and space makes it a level 6 is like saying I'm a master of fire magic simply because I can light a spark. You clearly do not know the scope of how overpowered a level 6 would be.

Destroying islands? Forget that, even being able to destroy the entire planet in one blow wouldn't be enough to qualify you for a level 6.

And the only person on Earth who can match her one on one is a goddess of Buddhism who can move faster than light. Now taking into account one of the most powerful servants, Galahad could dodge lasers although they make have not been lasers but magic beams, and the fact that moving at lightspeed requires more energy than there is in the universe and yes, servants are more powerful than gods. One thing people forget about Emiya is that he uses the skill and strength of users of the weapons he traces, that's how in Heavens Feel he gains Berserkers strength when he wields that axesword. Also, UBW can create anything that is connected to blades and man-made. That includes Excalibur. Gilgamesh Divine chain also captured the Divine bull. And both he and Herakles are extremely famous and powerful Demigods. So I have disagree on power rating here, compared to someone at level 5 who maybe has slightly more firepower than a tank, UBW which creates weapons like Caladbolg that can destroy islands and rip space and time is easily a 6.

A level 6 is the science equal of a magic god. A magic god whose so powerful, that even stepping on the ground is enough to end all life on the planet. A magic god could literally take one single step in UBW and Shirou and his entire reality marble would die off.
