Glad to see you write another Warhammer fic after your last one. Really enjoyed the last one even like a slice of life of a Tomb King. Still I like this chapter a lot with her encountering a Vampire and his undead for the first time and to her reaction to being an undead as well, but was able to find resolve by the end of the chapter after being lost in wondering what to do after Asaph wakes her up.

Also I think with you centering around Lahmia I think is a good thing because it is relatively isolated when compared to the rest of Nehekhara, so things are probably smaller scale than your story which took place in Nehekhara in the west with her being neighbours such as Vampires and Lizardmen to the south.

Hope to see you write more if you ever do, is quite an enjoyable read to see from the view of Khalida as a main character. Hope you don't lose track of what you are writing this time around like your first Tomb King one, so I wish you luck in writing this one.
