I like it. Tashigi did a good thing there, and knowing that one of the Strawhats was awake and knew about it makes that scene just a little bit more special.

ZORO & TASHIGI ROCKS

1. The story was a nice take on something that didn't happen (but could have). It was short and clean and kept under a tight leash. I liked it.

2. (and this is about the author notes): Tashigi and Kuina are both small wetland-dwelling birds, but neither of them are flightless, i don't think.

I really liked this. It's a pity it's so short, you seem to understand Zoro and Tashigi's characters better than others that have written this pairing.
