In the end: it is not bad, but just this chapter could have been divided into 5-6 at least with more details (or really any details at all).
For the proofreading, try to read your chapter out loud after a few days you have finished it.

Very interesting premise. Just too fast-paced. Felt like I'm reading a screenplay more than a fanfic. Maybe describe things in more details? And have some inner monologue here and there since your Naruto kinda seems like a robot following orders. Still, interesting development so far. Let's see where it goes.
