What's the toaster thing supposed to be?
That aside, pretty nice chapter. The fight scene was engaging, and it's good to see the Doctor thoroughly outsmart her opponents despite them thinking they have every reason to succeed in battle. The next chapter should be fun however, as the Doctor and pride finally have their long awaited conversation.

This story also deserves more reviews, because those are a good way of drawing people in (lots of reviews mean lots of readers with things to say, and since those things are usually positive that means the story must be good, etc), but most of the time I don't have anything to say that isn't some variation of "Great work!" Which this is by the way.

Huh... Porter. Feel like I should recognise that name, but I very much don't.

Honestly, I don't know a thing about full metal alchemist, I was just curious to see how my favourite character (the Doctor, in any version I recognised) would interact with what I knew to be a more combat based action show and what I guessed to be a semi villain from the opening chapters (I say semi, because anti-hero doesn't seem to fit his type). As the chapters progressed from water weirdos to metal men to the cold and the cruel, I have found myself enjoying this and rolling with whatever information I don't yet know (using the entire city as a transmutation circle? Wonder how they justified the oddly specific shape requirements).

So, in conclusion, great work so far and I look forward to more!
