Not a bad start for what it is, but there's one thing that stood out to me because of a video I watched yesterday. You called Naruto's weapon a tanto, and described a tanto as a small katana. A tanto isn't a small katana. It's not even a combat weapon, it's a ceremonial blade. A tanto is a knife-sized blade carried by samurai specifically for seppuku. A blade to be turned upon oneself, as opposed to a foe, but for honor all the same. The word you're looking for is wakizashi.

A question: why suna a supposed ally of konoha would side with kumo during the war?

I have an issue with the functionality of Naruto's Tanto in chapter 6. I agree that titanium is very good for heat but silver was a mistake, while it's a very hard metal it doesn't have the best heat resistance. Tungsten would have been better, because the hotter the flame it is forged in the better it is in resisting heat. Gold is a tricky move, it's base components make it a very "soft" metal in comparison to silver and titanium but it's conductivity is second only to water, so Naruto who has an affinity for lightning would make good use out of it.

The description of the sword was also a bit disappointing. Because of gold's softer structure the sword would have been better off being a dao broadsword. It has a greater width so the gold cold have been embedded in the style of roots or veins to support electricitys nature to spread across the blade surface easier. The blade itself could have been titanium while the edge itself would have been tungsten to more easily slice through opposing weapons of poorer quality and efficiency.

If Naruto used a sword like THAT battling Zabuza, it would have cut through Kubikiribucho like a HOT knife through butter. You could even use lightning's energy based composition to turn the blade into a VIBROblade. The vibration increasing the sheer cutting power an additional 100%. I doubt Orochimaru's Kusanagi would have escaped a deadlock against a sword like that without damage.

Your design just lacks detail and explanation. Why did you choose those metals to form a sword? Titanium is nearly impossible to melt outside of a special furnace so it's understandable. Gold to, but not everyone thinks about that, but why silver?
