Jane being more assertive, Lydia learning how to behave, Kitty allowed to get out of her sisters shadow much sooner... magic is good for the Bennett girls... I am a bit annoyed at Lizzy, I do understand her need to be in control, and it fits (and she's a teenager so I am told being impulsive and rude is expected), still somebody who switch between moods so fast must be really hard to live with...

What a terrific story! Fascinating parallels between the class system that's set out in P&P and that in the HP world. And, I love that you call out Mr. and Mrs. Bennet as not just lazy or silly, but cruel and negligent. Looking forward to the next update. One technical error (one that seems to show up often in fan fiction) - rein v. reign. Horses' tack includes reins, and a rider "reins in" a horse to signal them to slow or stop; by analogy, you "rein in" a misbehaving child to end the misbehavior. A king "reigns over" his kingdom; similarly, a cook might "reign over" their kitchen, and when a group is collectively silenced, "silence reigns."

I had wondered if Georgie was repressing her magic. A really interesting road to go down I think, especially if Flitwick and Lizzy can help. A good reason for Darcy not to go after Wickham too. ODC are very cute at the end.

I was skeptical at first, but you managed the crossover really well I think. I can see Lizzie enjoying the freedom magic gives her (it absolutely fits her), but still having to deal with differences in wealth and social status (while magic gives her an "escape hatch", the wizarding world still isn't paradise, it would be unrealistic).
I love what you did with Mary. In the book she was just the boring, plain, awkward sister that barely got any lines (I mean by that: not only she doesn't talk much, she is barely talked ABOUT in the book).
And I love how Lizzie flattened Wickham in a duel... :-)
