Very good. Recently watched the reruns-I love that your story kind of gave some closure to the "finale" that really left us hanging. Hope to see more like this.

It's a shame that the show only lasted 2 seasons. I've seen the actor that played Hammer in a couple of things but what happened to the actress that played Doreau?

I really enjoyed this...sweet, simple and straightforward follow-up to the final ep of the series. The characterizations were good (although since we didn't usually see Sledge showing a lot of outward sentiment, the emotional outpourings were speculative, but I think they worked just fine here.) The action scenes were exciting and the romantic scenes...what can I say? Lovely!

I only recently stumbled across "Sledge Hammer" on YouTube and have been eagerly re-watching them for the first time in more than 30 years. The silliness and the satire are pure delight. All throughout the series. one asks, "Will they or won't they," and your fanfic answers that question that leaves a fan with a smile on his/her face.

BTW...what does one CALL a "Sledge Hammer!" fan? A "Hammer-Head?" LOL! At any rate, here's hoping you'll write another soon!
