Great story please continue it. As far as love interest I think Anko would be cool. And he and her can both be Oruchumarui students. This would make the poison perk better and him changing snake man can be a mission that gives him a lot of SC. Plus they kinda have a natural affinity with each other in terms of style. Scientists part would help his development in gain perks

Dude I find completely unrealistic testing academy entrance ninjutsu and shuriken. 1. They are not at war yet. 2. They teach chakra in 3rd year forward with leaf exercise and the 3 basic jutsus. Not even in academy and asking for jutsus? They shouldn't have enough chakra to do even one, and most of them have yet to unlock chakra. That's like giving the final exam of graduation to kids who have just entered school.

I can't wait for the next update! I like that you aren't making him instantly op, I feel that it's better if they progressively become op not in an instant.

why do they even have to go to the academy if they already know all the thing they have to do in the finale exam to become genin?

I honestly feel that it would be better if he cannot use the shop during combat situations.
Currently, it feels like he doesn’t even need to think of the future and plan things out. As soon as something goes wrong, he will just buy a perk for it. See an amazing fire type jutsu about to land on you? Buy the fire immunity perk. Currently 50% off. I get that kind of feeling.
You should make it so that he can only access the shop from a viable safe point. This means that this place is secure in one way or another, not under attack, and that the MC isn’t in combat. An example of this could be his house or any bases that he makes in the future. The school works also, as a bonus from his title.

Hey ! I like your story quite well, but this chapter is really odd. I mean, a 4-yo child against an adult that spend his entire life to kill ? Even is he underestimate him, he cannot die. How Kazuki can be so strong ? even with all the buff, he still has the body of a 4 yo child. He is not even in academy that he is already a ninja, with enormous justu, taijutsu, enough to go toe-to-toe with a root ? No, no. What I don't like, is that the only limit that you gave him is the low chakra level.
Again, I like your story, but, Kazuki is too OP at 4. Later, I don't mind, cauz' Gamer thing, but not at 4. For this chapter to be ok, he could have suceed into run away and making some noise to alert, but, not winning his fight (for me, at least).

It’s pretty good and action would be nice as it’s been a little low through the story so far until this chapter. And the speed is ok so far since it’s still early in the story.
