Wait, if ruby is commenting about her silver eyes, does that mean we’ll see Maria aka Grimm Reaper come into this? Her dialogue is just as quirky as Ruby’s, if you know what I mean? Ie, sweet?!
Since this au is kinda based on My Princess, where beacon never fell, right? I feel that Maria or some mention of Maria could do in a short. Maybe? Or even the squabble between Qrow and Winter? I think Maria, Qrow and ruby (and now her daughter!) would be fun to see... cause they all take something from one another.

This was a cute and sweet little story. I like to see some sweet White Rose stories and this didn't disappoint. I like how Eira questioned what was up with Weiss in the costume. Very clever thinking on the excuse on Ruby's part.

And... little funny story. Me and a pal worked on our own RWBY Christmas story that had a White Rose daughter... and she called Ruby and Weiss the exact same things that your version did. That's a really funny coincidence.
