I agree with Stephanie MRV a bit... excellent job... I too think she should have her records released but after she either transfers back to shield, takes a long term solo job from the higher ups to get away from the b.s. or takes leave that has it known there is an open chance of transferring out. Having Clint receive emails from say Jarvis or Friday (tonys ia) of how his girl has been treated by his team mates and the making sure that her "friendTony has an explosive showdown with Harry. for interfering in Hermiones life and work with the whole team as witness that it wasn't her idea to join "their team"... better yet have Harry throw her file in their faces along with a bit of an overprotective brother routine and bringing a bit of fear to the team for fing with her. remember to make sure he sticks them all to their seats with a silencing spell on them so the have to listen. Ya know maybe. Bucky can become a friend to her knowing how it feels to an outsider and since he isn't understanding what Steve's deal is...

Dammit this hit hard.
Poor hermione. I want to hold her and make everything better.
I also hope she is keeping her defenses up since loki will get his revenge. He's like that.
Clint needs to set his home life staright dammit. He can't neglect hermione or his kids. He needs balance.

In my opinion I think hermione needs to clear the air with the team and take a break. Honestly I think she should head home for a bit. Here's my opinion, not trying to push it on you but this is what you made me think.
Hermione should get her file released to the team. She needs to sit them down and walk them through her life. He'll even loki would respect the shit she has gone through as he was tortured as well. She needs to show them her beginning and what brought her to shield and then the avengers. Clint should be there too since he needs to know. And then, then she should leave. Clint needs to see what his teammates have put his girl through. He needs to confront them on it. Net and Steve especially. He won't like having hermione leave and them having to either take a break or try the long distance thing but she needs perspective. She had many offers for work back home and her breakthrough with magic and technology would be great. She will also see that she has options outside of clint that she needs to take note on. I'm not saying hop into bed with a guy just because she can but she needs to see that she has the option. Some women feel like they can never move on or find someone else. A healthy dose of self confidence and self discovery would help her. Harry is also someone she deeply loves and finds strength in. They have been through hell together and sometimes they just need a good cry together and/or talk to set them right.
She may feel better after going home for a while, she shouldn't lose herself in a guy.

Okay bad feeling.
That move was uncalled for but they are agents and sometimes they need an out. It was still upsetting though.
I can't help but feel like loki will take to pissing off clint by hitting on his girl. Hermione is an ideal mate and even loki would have to admit that.
